A drawer runner is hard to judge from a photo. Open one, load it, put your weight on the worktop. Ten minutes here tells you more than any specification sheet.

How quickly can it be delivered?
Setups that are in stock ship on a pallet, free of charge, usually within a few working days. For larger or extended configurations we confirm a date before you order — no open-ended lead times.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. Cabinets and worktops arrive built, on a pallet, delivered to your door. You level the feet, load the drawers and start working the same afternoon.
Can I start small and extend later?
That is the point of the shared grid. Begin with a bench and a cabinet, and add modules whenever budget or workload allows. A module bought in three years still lines up with the one you buy today.
Can I order as a business or on account?
Yes. Mention it in the form and you get a quote with your details, VAT handled correctly. For larger projects we can plan the layout with you first.
I am interested in reselling Pillar. Who do I talk to?
Pick Becoming a dealer in the form. You get margins, stock availability and the support material in one reply, without a sales call first.
What does the warranty cover?
Frames, drawer runners and finish are covered against defects in normal professional use. Because stock and service sit here in Europe, there is no factory on another continent between you and a replacement part.
